| Innovative management of a transport company is manifested in various spheres of its activities. The article presents opportunities for public transport development in the city of Lublin. This paper describes some aspects of the changes in the infrastructure of public transport and building of passenger information system. The paper presents the benefits of the implemented innovations for the functioning of the described transport company. |
