| This article prsents a concept of e-health as anewapproach to the health service management using the information and communication technologies. The role of IT tool in the family doctor's practice as well as the benefits which can be achived by the medical facilities and the patients have been described. Some selected computer programs applied in basic health care facilities have been also presented herein. |
