| Healthcare is very important in everyone's life. In Poland the healthcare system is hotly debated, both in public and private discussions. Many are very critical of its present state and performance. The purpose of this study was to develop a model of evaluation of the patients' satisfaction from the quality and accessibility of medical services performed by family doctors in the Lublin and sub-Carpathian Voivodeships in the context of alleviating disparities in the quality of delivered services. The study was carried out with the use of originally developed research tool, a dedicated questionnaire form. The study was carried out in the family doctor out-patient clinics in the Lublin, Sub-carpathian and Mazowieckie voivodeships. The patients haven't encountered any problems in giving answers to the questions contained in the questionnaire. developed questionnaire can now be used in other studies and further attempts can be made in order to assess the discriminant power and the sensitivity of analysed reserch tool. |
