In order to evaluate the degree of water ecosystems degradation should be performed quantitative and qualitative analysis of biocenoses. The article presents analysis based on bioindication studies. Bioindication methods are usually based on the analysis of species number and their abundances which are present in the tested environment. Indicator organisms are often used in such methods. Stability monitoring of community structure indices in selected groups of organisms allows to detect changes in the environment. to quantitative description of communities structure can be used biocenotic indices. In this article, to description of the composition and diversity of diatoms and green algae communities were used the following biocenotic indices: Shannon index - H, Hmaxratio, evenness index - V, MacArtur's index - E, proportionality index - P, number of analyzed species - S. |
