This paper presents the frequency dependence of the phase angle theta for alternating current, permittivity epsilon and conductivity a of the nanocomposite (Co45Fe45Zr10)(x)(Al2O3)((100-x)) with the content of the metallic-phase at x = 73.56 at.%. Nanostructure was produced by sputtering using ions of pure argon. Real content of atomic elements in the nanocomposite was determined and compared with the stoichiometric composition. It has been observed that with the increase of frequency in the nanocomposite change of character of the system from resistive to inductive occurs. |
