| In this paper electric properties of nanocomposites with metal-dielectric structure (CoFeZr)(x)(CaF2)((100-x)) prepared by argon ions beam sputtering were defined. Measurements of nanocomposite with x = 66.3 at.% were performed by using alternating current with frequency in the range from 50 Hz to 5 MHz in temperatures from 77 K to 373 K. Each time after the measurements of electrical parameters, the examined sample was annealed in temperatures range from 398 K to 573 K with 25 K step. Computer simulation of conductivity and frequency factor was made and it was compared with experimental results. |
