In this paper model of electron hopping transport in nanocomposites metal-dielectric produced by ion sputtering is presented. In model the nanocomposites structure and electric properties of nanoparticles of both the metallic phase and the dielectric matrix were taken into account. From the model results that in low-frequency area resistance or capacity type of conductivity could appear. In intermediate frequency area voltage resonance can be observed. Further increase of frequency, in number of cases, could lead to induction type of conductivity. |
