In this paper examinations results of frequency-temperature dependences on phase angle theta for alternating current and capacity C-p for nanocomposite Cu-x(SiO2)((100-x)) with metallic phase content x=27.27 at.% directly after production are presented. The material was prepared by ion-beam sputtering with use of argon ions. The influence of the ion sputtering process on the chemical composition of this type of structure was determined. Change in conductivity type from capacitive to inductive as the frequency increased, similar to voltage resonance phenomena in serial RLC circuits, was observed. |
