The paper presents results of investigations of composition of nanocomposite (CoFeZr)(x)(CaF2)((100-x)) produced in the atmosphere of pure argon. Atomic percentage of elements was obtained by method of Standartless Quantitative Analysis and was compared with the stoichiometric composition of the sample. The actual composition differs a bit from the stoichiometric composition. This is related to the dispersion of fluorine in vacuum during sputtering of the target. Frequency dependences of phase angel, capacity and conductivity have been determined for nanocomposite (CoFeZr)(x)(CaF2)((100-x)) of the metallic phase content of x = 54.6 at.%.
