| PRINCE2 methodology is the second most popular project management methodology. The creators of the methodology indicate that it is possible to adapt it to manage any type of project. The study examined the possibility of applying the methodology to manage a specific project. The project involved the relocation of industrial facility. It was managed intuitively, without using any of the methods of project management. The presented case-study project demonstrates that management of the project of relocation industrial facility using PRINCE2 improve the effectiveness of management and could help to reduce its costs. However, the successful implementation of the methodology suffers from a number of limitations provided in the study |
