Consumer behaviour is a sub area of the general study of human behaviour and therefore it unavoidably draws from psychology as well as social psychology in order to inform what can a entrepreneur do to influence consumers. Contemporary markets force all their participants to constant search – search of new customers or search of new products and services that would meet constantly changing needs and expectations of previous customers. One may notice that the market is so wide that everybody can find a good that would fit his needs. But is it really so and are all the groups of customers treated equally? This article tries to present differences between consumer behaviour of healthy and motor mpaired consumers in the sphere of factors determining the course of buying process. |
