In this paper, the method of linearization of the transfer function of the resistive temperature transducers based on bridge circuit is proposed. The method is based on the formation of compensation supply voltage of the bridge circuit linearly dependent on measuring temperature. The schematic diagram of the resistive temperature transducer with the analogue linearization of the transfer function is developed. The proposed method allows reducing the nonlinearity error of the resistive temperature transducer to less than 0.1 °C over the temperature measuring range of 0…800 °C. © (2015) COPYRIGHT Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).
