This article presents the results of simulations of the electric drive system in a city vehicle. The main objective of the research was to analyse the work of the recuperation of the drive. The article points out the desirability of the use of an electric drive with increased capacity to improve the recuperation performance. Attention is drawn to a significant reduction in energy consumption of a vehicle equipped with a drive system with increased power, especially during its operation in an area of considerable diversity in height. The paper points out the possibility of reducing the capacity of the chemical battery in a vehicle of this design, which will significantly reduce its production costs. For the simulation calculations an advanced ASM model of vehicle kinematics was used, prepared by dSPACE, and the electric drive model developed by the authors. |
