The publication refers to the issue of vehicles moving on express roads and motorways. Legal conditionings were indicated that regulated the principles for vehicles that move on express roads and motorways. We quoted examples of road events that happened with the participation of various vehicles and in different circumstances that ended up with serious consequences. The final conclusions emphasize the causes of the analyzed road events on fast traffic roads and motorways.
