Monitoring human physiological changes allows to collect and analyze feedback information. Physiological states of the organism are recorded by various devices, for example: a measuring computer system. Biofeedback (biological feedback) as a method of conscious control of the body's functions, enables achieving goals, for example: reduction of stress, improvement of memory, improvement of body motility, cure of anxiety and mental, neurological or psychosomatic disorders. The types of biofeedback include: EEG, GSR, EMG, HEG. Biofeedback trainings in Poland are offer not only by private companies but also health care facilities. Previously, these trainings were available only for professional athletes. Technological development and implementation of IT tools in the field of biofeedback resulted in the extension of the training offer as well as the improvement of quality. Technologies: EEG and VR were associated mainly with the entertainment or medicine industry. However, the spectrum of possibilities that have been noticed by researchers caused use technologies in the field of feedback. The authors draw attention to the context of the educational use of the EEG or VR connection with biofeedback. For children and young people, it is a chance to solve problems in learning and behavior, for example: ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, neurosis. For students and adults - improvement of memory and concentration, development of creativity, improvement of motor skills, improvement of self-esteem. The aim of this work is present biofeedback, modern technologies - EEG, VR in the context of supporting effective training of the human brain, presenting applications of biofeedback in various fields and indicating development perspectives. The work also includes a literature review showing current research approaches in the topic described. Next, the authors presented research conducted among a group of 80 people regarding knowledge about biofeedback, training offers for students, businessmen and athletes, biofeedback training assessments, final effects (among those who attented in training), interest in new approaches, for example: EEG biofeedback VR. Referring to the research, concluded that the use of modern EEG and VR technologies in improving the functioning of the organism is considered to be very valuable and functional
