The project method is one of the most efficient learning methods for the university studies, as students are encouraged to solve different problems independently with their professor acting as a consultant, not as a lecturer. This article describes the sample project submitted for 2011 Google Online Marketing Challenge, one of the multicourse project competitions, which served as an excellent opportunity to enrich the commonly used didactic techniques. Pros and cons of this teaching method are analyzed. |
