The present paper describes the concept and main stages of integrated management
system implementation in water delivery and sewerage system company operating in a city with
the population of 50,000 inhabitants. The project is being realised with financial support of
European Regional Development Fund. The implemented system is based on GIS database and
integrated with a number of supporting programmes and appliances. In its scope the system will
include such areas as: fixed assets management, modelling and monitoring, dispatch systems,
billing and payment, reliability compliance tests, enterprise resource planning. The authors
present subsequent steps of the implementation in question, focusing on main problems that may
arise. The article is of informative character, designed to aid in seeking partners in implementation
of similar systems in Ukraine.
