The paper concerns a prototype line for zeolites synthesis on ¼ technical scale, which consists of 4 processes blocks: block of the reactor loading, the reaction block, the reaction products separation block, the final material processing block. On the basis of described line a series of chemical reactions were conducted. The final product was dependent on the following process parameters: the ash type, its amount in relation to NaOH aqua solution, NaOH concentration, process temperature and reaction duration. As a result of the reaction, the following zeolitic materials were observed: Na-P1, Linde-A, Na-X.
