The results of experimental investigations of the strain properties of film alloys based on Ni and Fe with longitudinal strain in the intervals Δεl1 = (0–1)%, Δεl2 = (0–2)% and Δεl3 = (0–3)%. It is established that films exhibit nonlinearity on the dependence of the differential coefficient of longitudinal strain coefficient γldif versus strain, which is characterized by a local maximum at the magnitude of strain εltr. An additional analysis indicates that the appearance of a maximum can be explained by the realization of the nonlinear dependence of the resistance versus strain, that is, the transition from elastic to quasi-elastic or from elastic to plastic. The experimental dependences of εltr and γlint on the thickness and Fe atoms concentration in the film alloy are obtained. If in the case of εltr the expected size dependence is observed, in the case of γlint an abnormal effect (an increase γlint with a thickness increase) occurs, which is takes place in film alloys. The reason for such anomalies in comparison with one-component films can be explained by different contributions of the surface (Fuch) and grain-boundary (Mayadas-Shatzkes) of the electron scattering in value γlint in film alloys at the quasi-elastic or plastic strain |
