| This article deals with the design of injection mold for molding made of thermoplastics. The first step was to design molding serves as a reminder subject for Faculty of mechanical engineering. After analyzing the loads and verifying the fimctionality and suitability of design and choice of suitable material, injection simulations were performed. After successful simulations of component the complete injection mold for four moldings was proposed. Complete mold with inlet and tempering channels was verified with the necessary simulations. Injection mold was designed in Solid Works 2012 assigned for injection molding machine Demag 25-80. |
