In this paper a new rolling extrusion technology of hollow shaft manufacturing is presented. During this proces inner surface of the shaft is formred by mandrel. Numerical calculations of the chosen cases of the proces are made by means of Deform softwere. All calculations are made applying 3D state of strain, with taking into account all thermal phenomena. Obtained results of simulations as effective stresses, strains and part final shape faults are discussed. Technological parameters, calculated during the proces realized with different feed rates will be useful for experimental proces verification in laboratory conditions in PO-2 prototype rolling extrusion aggregate. |
