| The paper deals with possibility of accuracy moni toring of CNC machine tools based on Renishaw equipment. The accuracy monitoring gives the good tool for machine maintenance and reduction of production cost. It is also possible to make diagnostics and to identify problems involved an inaccuracy of machine tools. Several aspects of diagnostics of machine tools are described, such as aspects of reliability. |
