Development of ICT is related with the d evelopment of process approach to management. From this point of view, m arketing can be regarded as the business process that is aimed to search, identify and to create needs for company products or services and to identify and carry out activit ies to meet the expectations of cust omers as good as it is possible. In this way marketing is an external process that is the part of business - to - b usiness model (B2B) and can be supported by ICT. Moreover, it turns out that the implementation of B2B model with use of ICT in the business activity gives economic, social and psychological effects that confirmed the research presented in the paper. The aim of paper is identifying the economic benefits, as well as, social and psychological effects resulting from the application of IT system based on B2B model with the application of ICT in the process of marketing product design |
