The efficient processsing of polymeric materials requires a good knowledge of plastic processing properties, including processability, i.e. susceptibility to changes in material peoperties, sctructures, dimensions and shape during processing. Knowledge of the processability of plastics provides guidance in the selection of technological parameters in the manufacturing process.The paper contains the results of studies on the effects of fillers, in the form of talc, chalk and fiberglass, on thermoplastic composites injection based on polypropylene. Direct method was used for determining the processability index - the ability of materials to flow in the spiral mold of injection. To vary the test results, the mass of each filler content was changed at 10% in the range from 10 to 50 %.
