The skew rolling mil is the most common and efficient way to receive the tube hollow in the production of seamless tubes. Blanks for the production of ingots or billets are circular and square. The process is automatic intemal separation of material and create a gap. Usually before there is a self-separation, piercing of hole is under the pressure placed on the axis of rolling heads. Theoretical analysis is to determine the geometrical parameters of area strain of the tube hollow, kinematic and force parameters of the process |
