| The article discusses the problems in assessing the effectiveness of the ERP system implementation from two perspectives: top management and end users. The results indicate a similarity between both viewpoints, but also important differences. The assessment by end users are ambiguous. Despite the overall positive assessment of the implementation, they indicate serious problems in its quality. |
