The research, conducted by using a diagnostic survey, was aimed at pointing out to lecturers the need to make their curricula more flexible in order to meet the expectations and requirements of graduates and potential employers. Among other things, attention was paid to teaching IT subjects, the methods and forms of teaching used, and the level of knowledge of graduates in the field of Electrical Engineering. Students' interests, activities in various associations and organisations, as well as their potential occupational plans after completing the analysed direction of studies were also examined. The study contains the results of research and analysis which can be used in the educational process by making the electrotechnology curricula more flexible and thus have a significant impact on improving the quality of education and expanding the educational offer. |
