| The study analyzed the possibility of forecasting the time of failure wheeled excavators using the methods of multiple regression, ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) and automated neural network. There were presented : the methodology for the preparation of data sheets, transformations of variables and selection of models in terms of statistical regularity of their use. The calculation results of forecasts were analyzed for periods from 85 to 90 by calculating the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Work presented the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed methods. The presented methodology is a new solution, not published, yet. There are plans to develop a method of generalization of computations. |
