| The project's organization team icludes heterogeneous operating units (crews) of the general contractor and cooperating external ones of subcontractor.The subcontractor selection process(i. e. the selection of the organization,s elements) can be considered as the problem of triple- criteria optimization of the construction project schedule. The assessment of the organization,s structure is made according to the criteria crucial for the project's efficiency and the contractor's objectives(i. e. minimizing project duration and cost, and keeping subcontracting to minimum - if the general contractor is interesed in making full use of their own resources). To solve the problem, a method that uses metaheuristic approach has been worked out by the authors. An evolutionary algorithm was adapted for solving the triple-criteria schedule optimisation problem in deterministic conditions. The solutions are generated by means of an achievement scalarising fuction. The selection of the final solution can be done according to the decision maker's preferences. |
