Microstructure of Ni-Co-based coatings consisted of f.c.c. solid solution and carbides which type depended on the chemical composition of coating. Phase compositions of coatings performed from PMCo45 and PMNi5Op powers was close to that of commonly used Stellite Grade 6 and Ni-based self-fluxing alloys. Erosion intensity was the highest for the Ni-rich alloys. The highest sliding wear resistance revealed alloys containing 10÷27.5% Co. The Ni-Co-based coatings can be considered as alternatives to stellite alloys and Triballoy T400. |
