| The paper presents results of considerations over irreversibility and a non-equilibrium character of phenomena that accompany ozone synthesis in silent discharges performed in real conditions. Thermodynamic and process driving forces of the main phenomena have been analyzed as well as their effect on quantities that are characteristic for the basic process course and also primary and secondary phenomena at the ozone generation process have been indicated. |
