| In the article, it has been proposed a way of shortening the realisation time of building projects with application of the theory of constraints (TOC) and the Critical chain scheduling (CCS/BM) method. It has been examined the dependencies of the process duration and the critical chain buffer on the assumed values of the standard deviation of the process duration. Development of the contingency method (used in the finance calculations) in the area of graph schedules elaboration of building projects, by using the TOC method and the CCS/BM method and a set of these calculations as a spreadsheet, might result in shortening the duration of a construction. Scientific work in this subject will be carried on by the authors. |
