The quality of medical care depends on the correctness of the diagnosis, which is based on the results of clinical and diagnostic measurements. Measurements, including haematological ones, can be influenced by many factors in the pre-analytical, analytical and post-analysis stages. We used the concept of bio-instrumental information-measuring systems in our work in order to take into account the changes in the measured parameters due to adaptation processes in a human body. In such a system, the primary transformer of the input action is the investigated biological object, which makes it possible to specify the study of the properties of the bio-object. An analysis of the biological component of such a system is possible within the framework of the general theory of functional systems. It is necessary to use the system analysis to construct an adequate model: the identification of the structure and the indication of the participants of the interrelations and the nature of the interaction, which, within the framework of the theory of functional systems, allowed the mathematical formalisation of the physiological model to be carried out. The authors constructed a diagram of information flows of the bio-instrumental information-measuring system in their work using the mathematical apparatus of categories and functors. Adaptation contours were identified, and an algorithm for processing the measurement result was given. |
