| The chapter presents an investigation of the influence of wear of face mills, in various modes of cutting, on the roughness of a processed surface of a sample made from 45(С45) steel. The chapter shows an effect of serve speed of cutting and wear of the cutting tool made from a T5K10 solid alloy on the roughness of flat sample surfaces. In the work, an analysis is performed of nature of change to a profilogram of a microprofile of the processed surface at increased wear of the mill tooth on the back surface. |
