| The authors have analyzed how regional motor transport systems function and have defined the crucial aspects for transition of such a system to a higher functioning level. The authors have suggested a motor transport system development model to be used to ensure a reasonable balance between the intensity and safety of motor traffic along the road network of the system. The authors have presented data regarding the intelligent tyres, the tyre-and-road pair systems, as well as the parameters of the data flow bifurcation diagram to be used for an innovative motor transport system. |
