The offered new method of the surface strengthening of internal surfaces of the long-length parts was called the vibratory-centrifugal strengthening treatment. It belongs to group of methods of dynamic strengthening of parts of the form of solids of rotation. It is based on shock interactions of the processed detail with a massive tool, which under the influence of vibrations rolls on the strengthened part surface. At the same time, the shock contact of the part with the tool happens due to a small amount of deformable bodies. It provides formation in detail, material of the considerable contact stresses in the places of contact and increases in the superficial microhardness of the material. The increase in the surface hardness of the material of the casing pipes’ internal surface increases their resistance to wear. It gives a chance to decrease by 10%–15% the wall thickness and respectively the mass of casing pipes. The construction of the strengthener of internal surfaces of long-length parts has a simple structure and doesn’t need any highly experienced operative personnel, it’s highly productive and energy-saving. |
