This study examines the problems of the mechanics of deformable solids at quasistatic and dynamic loads. The “material sheet” in the form of the hardening curves and plasticity diagrams is formed in the process of considering the problems of the dynamic loading of the transport facilities elements. In the conditions of the dynamic loading of the reinforced concrete constructions, the speed effect is taken into account. It is shown that the dynamic loading in all of these problems causes the increase of the energy absorption by the construction elements. In case of traffic accidents, the deformation rate causes an increase of the deformation energy by 20%–30% in the range of speeds variation from 200 to 70 s−1. |
