The aim of the work is to improve the processing of hollow machine part surfaces such as sleeves and cylinders through stretching deformation using ultrasound and the definition of theoretical dependencies in order to calculate the pulling forces applied during contact of the tool with the part. The contact interaction process between the instrument and the product during stretching deformation using ultrasounds has been analyzed, and dependencies have been revealed that make it possible to calculate the pulling force observed in various contact interactions. A fairly close correspondence of experimental and calculated values of the forces of stretching deformation using ultrasounds is shown. Theoretical dependences have been obtained for calculating the pulling force when processing surfaces of parts with the application of ultrasound. The work also proposes a design of the deforming tool for processing hollow parts of machines such as sleeves and cylinders using ultrasounds. |
