This work is a result of research and modeling of particular qualities of the trajectory of the technological object during metal processing. The dependences of determining the value length of the cutting tool’s movement during machining on the machine are proposed. Dependencies take into account the type of tool movement, i.e., an integrated modeling approach has been defined that optimizes the machining process. Such a consideration makes it possible to clarify the trajectory of the cutting tool’s movement relative to the workpiece, which is processed. Thus, the question of modeling the idealized trajectory of the movement of objects during the technological process of contour milling was considered. The analytical model of the object trajectory formation is presented taking into account the formation of micro Pandan zones of the object. This allows us to consider the quality parameters of the treated surface, which increases the accuracy of manufacturing parts of the devices. Thus, taking into account the field structures of the technological object will allow a higher surface quality during processing. Further research is suggested in the creation of analytical dependencies that take into account the geometry of the cutting milling tool. This will provide an opportunity to improve the quality of machining details. |
