Approaches to the automation of calculation and analytical procedures for the strength and durability of crane metal structures are considered. It is proposed to use the automation of algorithms for assessing the state of an investigated metal structure with further prediction of its residual life cycle based on the results of nondestructive magnetic coercive testing and the limit state design method. Methods of taking into account the grain size, deviations of chemical element weight fractions in the steels, and the thicknesses of the controlled elements of the metal structures on the coercive force values are suggested as well. |
