	The process of extruding composite and nanocomposite materials is a complicated technological process. The extrusion process requires taking into account many technological factors. Factors that should be considered are the parameters of the composite blend and the process parameters related to the temperature and pressure of the composite during the formation of the final product. The required physical parameters are obtained thanks to the use of appropriate control, measurement and executive systems. The paper presents executive, measurement and control systems used in an innovative extruder for composite and nanocomposite materials.
