The article proposes a method for assessing the stability of the production process using the analysis of variance ANOVA. For this purpose, factors that have a significant impact on the stability of production were analyzed and selected. The following variables were considered the best: year, month, day of the week and factors causing delays (machine failure, lack of components, overproduction, delay, others). The proposed method allows for the assessment of the current state and the implementation of solutions allowing for compensation of disturbances in the event of their identification. Ultimately, it is possible to improve the implementation of production processes, as well as to enhance the quality of final products. The method of statistical analysis of the stability of the production process used in the article has been verified on the example of a real enterprise and the processes implemented in it, which makes it utilitarian. The presented algorithm for production data analysis is a viable tool for assessing current state and implementing improvement and repair solutions. The presented study can be used in any manufacturing company as a preliminary diagnosis of the implemented production processes, which is a selection of areas requiring detailed control. |
