Managing groups or teams of monodisciplinary or interdisciplinary professionals for achieving greater agility is a complex process, as it not only concerns social interactions, but also relates to digital intellectual assets. In the planned, purposeful development of the organization's maturity, research workbiblio- graphic research, which aims to ascertain a certain state of scientific, research and practical knowledge on the basis of digital intellectual assets, is important. On the basis of facts, the level of knowledge deficit and its relative disorder is determined, which is a contribution to the concept of a new, extend- ed or deepened creative scientific, research and practical achievement, which is an answer meant to fill, in whole or in part, the identified gap of creative achievements. One of the approaches to conducting bibliographic research is archival storage of source data sets acquired from quantitative research and analysis of collected secondary data by users. The subject matter of the monograph includes methodological aspects, design, application, human resources management related to the auto- mathematization of bibliographic research in the evaluation of scientific, research and practical knowledge for groups and teams of specialists, supported by programmable digital robots. The presented author's method of using robotics in bibliographic research effectively combines recursive retrieval of resources in an automated manner with the actualization of collected resources and thematic mapping of interested users in monodisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams. The developed methodology has significantly enabled the reduction or elimination of the identified seven barriers to bibliographic research, thus contributing to an increase in efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness of human resource management in organizations. |
