The issue of working time standardization is a key element in the process of planning, organization and control of production processes - the possibility of timely execution of orders for production orders depends on the compliance of standards with the actual time of task execution. As a consequence, establishing reliable time standards, as close as possible to the real times of individual tasks, becomes a significant challenge. This article deals with the issue of working time standardization in the process of regenerating brake calipers. In particular, the focus was on the assembly operation, analyzing unit times collected by the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) class system, and - for the purpose of comparative analysis - timing was carried out at assembly stations. As part of the conclusions, general guidelines were formulated on the method of time standardization in processes with different times of unit execution of production tasks. |
