	Autorzy na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa przedstawiają koncepcję wdrożenia systemu zarządzania talentami. Celem artykułu jest zdiagnozowanie gotowości badanego przedsiębiorstwa do wdrożenia systemu zarządzania talentami oraz (w przypadku potwierdzenia hipotezy) opracowanie odpowiedniego planu. Niniejszy artykuł z jednej strony przybliża pojęcie i istotę talentu, opisuje zjawisko wojen o talenty (war for talent) oraz koncentruje się na teoretycznym podejściu do zarządzania talentami, a z drugiej strony zawiera walor praktyczny, gdyż prezentuje wyniki badań oraz autorską koncepcję systemu zarządzania talentami na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa. Niniejszy artykuł stanowi wkład w zrozumienie procesu adaptacji systemów zarządzania talentami w praktyce biznesowej
	The authors present a concept for implementing a talent management system based on a case study of a selected enterprise. The aim of the article was, on one hand, to diagnose the readiness of the examined enterprise for the implementation of a talent management system and, should the hypothesis be confirmed, to develop an appropriate plan. On one hand, this article elucidates the concept and essence of talent, describes the phenomenon of the talent wars, and focuses on a theoretical approach to talent management. On the other hand, it has practical value as it presents research findings and an original concept of a talent management system for the selected enterprise. This article contributes to the understanding of the process of adapting talent management systems in business practice.
