In today’s reality, there is much discussion about the sustainability of the entire planet. The development of twenty-first century society is influenced by many factors, including the activities of businesses. It is extremely important that organizations and their employees also develop in a sustainable manner. The solution to this problem for companies may be employing an inclusive leader. The article aims to determine the impact of an inclusive leader on the development of company employees. It uses a combination of questionnaire-based surveys and traditional desk research. Respondents surveyed in 2022 are micro and small entrepreneurs. The survey’s findings make it possible to identify the areas of employee effectiveness that a leader’s inclusiveness affects.
