In today's reality, organizations attach great importance to the human capital and atmosphere of the teams they build. The research is on for a pattern of qualities, a set of which would guarantee effective and conflict-free functioning of the team. The purpose of the article is to verify whether the teams working in the studied organization are characterized by the HERO principle. The organization included in the study is a global enterprise with many branches around the world. The study used a diagnostic survey method with a survey questionnaire, and the survey covered two subsidiaries of the organization. The results of the survey identify the characteristics of the HERO principle in the analyzed organization. Teams characterized by honesty, empathy, respect and open-minded function better in a competitive environment. The results presented show that the HERO principle in a team characterizes companies with international reach. |
