| This paper presents a method of integrating individual teaching modules into a single assembly line. The line concept assumes the use of a Siemens S7-1200 PLC for control, which will be retrofitted with a DI/DQ expansion card and power supply system. It is assumed that it must still be possible to use the modules independently using EasyPort and program them both in area of the virtual electro-pneumatic system and using the FBD language. The paper presents a circuit connection diagram and an example (starter) control program, which can be developed depending on the tasks performed on the line. |
