| This paper presents the results of microscopic, nanotomographic and strength studies of metamaterial with gyroid structure with varying porosity of CoCrWMo alloy obtained by Laser Powder Bed Fusion method. On the basis of the study, the effective strength parameters were determined depending on the degree of density of the structure. The developed dependence of the change in the effective value of the modulus of elasticity on the degree of porosity of the material allows optimal selection of strength parameters, for example, in the design of implants. Microscopic observations of the fractures were made, which identified the characteristics of the cobalt-based alloys, especially in relations to the presence of defects that can be the main cause of the formation and development of cracks during the applied load. Nanotomographic analysis of the number and size of pores in the metamaterial showed that they are the result of the LPBF method and are to a small extent related to the assumed gyroid shape of the structure. |
