| Utilization of synthetic ion composites to prepare artificial soil substrates has been described. Studies showed that ion exchanger composites are good hortizols for growth of different plant species and they may be used as fertilizer which gradually releases ions nutriens.As synthetic ion exchangers work similary to soil colloids,they may be used not only for horticultural aims but for restoration of degradated soils as well.For the degradaded sols the ion exchanger composites may replace humic substances and other ion exchange colloids.Applicatoin of spent ion exchangers can decrease a cost of the restoration of degraded lands. |
